Golden Voice has been providing telephone related products and associated training products for over 25 years. The Melbourne based company, located near the Kennedy Space Center in Brevard County Florida, was established to provide the telephone companies and their operator services organizations with advanced training systems and specialized audio recording and playback equipment.

The first PRS^® was patented in 1986, and provided the telephone call handler with a recorded voice playback device that ensured telephone subscribers received a prompt and courteous greeting. The system was designed to alleviate stress on the attendant answering calls, and at the same time, provide consistency in the responses to the calling customer.
