PRS^®151

The patented Golden PRS® 151 can be used by anyone whose job requires answering calls frequently with the same repetitive phrases. As a real time on-line voice storage and retrieval system, the Golden PRS® 151 delivers pre-recorded messages in the call handler's voice while he or she is on-line for the duration of the call. This allows the user to speak only when necessary. As such, the PRS® 151 consistently reduces agent stress and fatigue by eliminating the need to say the same phrases over and over during the course of the day. Throughout the call, the agent is always on line and able to interact with the caller and the caller is not aware that the voice is pre-recorded rather than "live".

The system provides easy to use recording capability that accommodates changes quickly. Messages can be recorded under supervision where agents use their "best voice". This ensures that all callers receive a consistently clear, pleasant and correct greeting, making that important first impression a good one. Furthermore, listening to their recorded 'best voice' encourages the user to match the courtesy and clarity of that best voice during the remainder of the call. And, since the PRS® 151 answers all calls, no greeting will contain "emotional spillover" that may occur from previous call contents.

For optimized voice recording, the unit utilizes independent voice training and voice recording modes. This approach assures that the PRS® 151 always records the users voice at the ideal level to provide clear, undistorted playback of the recorded voice. Messages are permanently stored and can be changed (recorded over) at any time.

The Golden PRS® 151 comes standard with 480 seconds of voice storage capacity. The unit supports up to nine users with a maximum of nine messages each. The Golden PRS® 151 is compatible with most telephone amplifiers and headsets.
